Adamson Softwash

Adamson Softwash cleans house exteriors, roofs, gutters and solar panels, and the company lists a service area running from Montville, New London and Norwich to Old Lyme, Colchester and Sprague. A recent customer said Jeff cleaned the house, fence, patio and carport to get the house ready to go on the market, at a price that customer called fair and affordable. On one roof, a customer said Jeff called in his son to help in windy conditions, worked on a section with significant lichen growth and minimized damage to the cedar shingles on the siding. A customer who asked for a roof soft wash to remove organic growth and staining said the process was explained thoroughly and the site was cleaned up after treatment. A 2025 customer said Jeff cleaned solar panels that had gone four years without a cleaning, at a price that customer called very reasonable. A 2025 customer said heavy moss buildup was removed from under a shifted screen panel during a gutter cleaning, and the panel was re-secured with a new screw hole. A 2025 customer said Jeff discussed his concerns about how a 17-year-old pool carpet would hold up before cleaning mold off a metal and carpeted pool deck and stairs, and that the result came out great.
