New Wave Bath describes itself as a bathroom remodeling company built around clear communication, honest guidance and respect for your home, and its website reports 20 years in business. On Google it holds a 5-star average from 52 ratings. A recent customer wanted a walk-in shower because their 92-year-old dad was finding it difficult to get in and out of the old bathtub. That customer wrote that Glen answered all calls and questions, showed up when he said he would, used no pressure sales and charged a really fair price, and that the job left no mess. On a recent bathroom renovation, Glen provided a clear plan at the first meeting, and the customer said he and his crew started when they said they would and arrived on time daily. Roberto and Alex installed a new walk-in shower and flooring for a recent customer, who said they cleaned up their mess and then swept up the customer's own. A 2026 customer described a complete bath redo by owner Glen Reen and his team Roberto and Alex, finished in 3 1/2 days including demolition; that 2026 customer said the toilet was left in place each evening because they had only the one bathroom. A 2025 customer wrote that Glen, Roberto and Alex turned a 1977 tub into a walk-in shower and replaced a 1977 wall-mount toilet. In a 2025 review, a customer said unforeseen features found once the tub came out were dealt with quickly by Larry and his helper. A 2024 customer with a leak in their shower wrote that New Wave was the only company willing to help the same day. The work is not only bathrooms: a 2024 customer wrote that a side entry door was replaced and a new vanity added at their mother's home. Massachusetts lists its home improvement contractor registration, 212598, as active, held by New Wave Home Improvement LLC.
Was a great experience, from the initial quote to the final assembly by a great team and follow up from them after the install
My dad is 92 yo and it was getting difficult to get in/out of our old bathtub to take a shower. I talked to many contractors about updating to a walk in shower. New Wave Bath from first contact to finished product were awesome. Glen answered all calls, questions, actually showed up when he said he would, it is surprising how many contractors ghost you, no pressure sales and a really fair price for quality material and work. The work itself was flawless. Very professional, answered any questions, explained what they were doing, and didn't leave a mess at all, cleaned up everything, and again, showed up when they said they would. Dad is safe in the shower now and it is beautiful and, of course, works well. I highly recommend New Wave Bath for any of your bathroom needs.
We recently had a bathroom renovation done by New Wave and everything came out great. Glen provided a clear plan on the first meeting and he and his crew started when they said they would, arrived on time daily, and did the job they said they would do. We’re happy with the professionalism and would recommend New Wave any day of the week!
My entire bathroom remodel was daunting to think about. I interviewed 3 companies, and knew after I’d met Glen that I would be going with New Wave Bath. At that exact point, everything became less stressful. From choosing finishes, to scheduling installation, to communication and questions, to extra jobs to make it all *just right*… Glen was responsive, professional, accommodating, and fun to work with. The team of installers were kind, professional, clean, and quick!! I cannot recommend New Wave Bath enough. The prices were more than reasonable and the outcome was better than what I anticipated. Five stars all around to Glen, his team, and the work they do.
Roberto and Alex from New Wave Bath did an excellent job installing our new walk in shower, flooring etc. They were ontime, courteous and pleasure to watch work. Their attention to details showed their skills and commitment to the entire project. They cleaned up their mess when done, then went further and swept up ours lol. We would highly recommend these gentleman if you want your remodel done right!!
