ProPublica's coronavirus-contracts database lists one of them — an August 2020 modification to a Forest Service cleaning contract that added routine aseptic disinfection three times a week at a ranger station, worth $4,150. The company says it has served commercial and industrial clients since 1992, and its site is written in the first person by founder and owner Agnes Fiumara, who gives her own number for inquiries. BBB puts the business start in 1991, incorporation in 2007, and the staff at six. There is no customer history here to weigh. BBB has not accredited the company and lists it as Not Rated, saying it lacks sufficient information to issue one, so anything you learn about how they actually clean will come from the conversation rather than from other people's write-ups. The first thing to settle is whether they take houses at all. Their own site talks only about commercial and industrial clients, while BBB's description of the business includes residential work alongside commercial and industrial — a real gap between the two, and the one worth a direct question. For a facility manager filling a janitorial contract, this is squarely the work they describe doing. For a home, ask about residential jobs first, then ask for references from houses they clean now.
