M Cleaning Services

M Cleaning Services is a North Reading, Massachusetts cleaning company built around its founder, Ludmila ("Mila") — several of the 12 reviews on file describe more than a decade with her crew. Mila still runs the business hands-on according to her site, which lists recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, seasonal and post-construction cleaning across Massachusetts. Every review on file is five stars, and the recurring theme is tenure. In 2024 and 2025 reviews, clients describe 10, even 10+, years with Mila and her team, with one calling her 'trustworthy like family.' A 2025 review from a Burlington client described calling Mila directly, getting a fair price, and two cleaners showing up on time for what was already at least the tenth visit. In a 2024 review, a longtime client credited Mila with nudging her toward more eco-friendly habits — cutting her paper towel use to a few rolls a year — while continuing a service she likened to giving herself a present several times a year. Two reviews from this past March describe a current biweekly arrangement, with one household calling out the team's patience and care around their pets. For a homeowner looking for a small, owner-led crew rather than a large rotating company, the pattern here — clients who stick around for a decade or more — is the thing to weigh.
