I love Carmaci Cleaning Services! Every time I come home everything is done with care and they all are very nice and respectful! They even go the extra mile to pay attention to detail. Plus, they are very understanding and truly do want to do what’s best for their customers! I can’t imagine my life as a single mum without Carmaci as they truly have become a big part of my life and a part of the family as well. I couldn’t be more happy with them!

Great Cleaning Service, Major Concerns with Communication and Accountability We have used this cleaning company regularly and have generally been very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning itself. The team is effective, and the general standard of work is quite high, which is why we continued our service for as long as we did. However, over time, we have encountered significant issues with communication and accountability that ultimately need to be addressed, especially regarding property damage. Inconsistent Communication: I frequently had to initiate contact to confirm cleaning times and specific service details. While the cleaning was reliable, the administrative and confirmation process was not as proactive as I would expect from a professional service. Lack of Attention to Detail: On multiple occasions, I had to share feedback regarding small missed areas or instances where items were scratched or damaged during the service. While they eventually addressed these concerns, the repeated need for feedback was frustrating. Unacceptable Final Clean Incident: The most serious issue occurred during our final, move-out clean. The team caused significant damage to the property by pulling a hook off the wall, which removed the drywall underneath. Additionally, they took a shelf off the wall. Crucially, the team did not contact us to inform us of the damage and left it for us to discover upon inspection. This lack of responsibility and transparency after damaging property is unacceptable. In summary, if you are looking for a company that delivers a consistently excellent quality of cleaning, they are a strong choice. However, be aware that you may need to actively manage communication, and there is a serious deficit in their accountability and reporting process when property damage occurs. They need to improve their commitment to reporting damage and confirming service details to be a truly reliable and professional service provider.
