In my role as operations manager for NorthEast Electrical, I am responsible for our 46 Locations throughout New England, which includes the maintenance and upkeep of each of our facilities. We have several cleaning companies that perform the daily cleaning. I was introduced to Jhonathan and his team 3 years ago and since that time I have expanded our relationship with them to include several of our locations, most recently awarding them with the contract for our headquarters and Central Distribution Center in Brockton, a 440,000 sq ft facility. Our previous vendor was dropping the ball and we had to let them go. ADM came in and has made an immediate impact. They are prompt, pay attention to detail and have really made a difference. They respond immediately to concerns, cover our daily cleaning needs and also perform deep cleaning of our carpets and stripping and waxing of our tile floors when needed and keep us supplied with our consumable paper products.
