After a cancellation from HelloTech citing that they were incapable of installing Murphy beds, I was referred to Igor and IT Home Improvement INC by Home Depot Pros when looking for some help to do the job. This project was an extremely challenging furniture assembly and install of a Murphy bed. Igor quoted me an extremely reasonable price and had super speedy availability. I agreed and he was here next day with an extra set of hands and in no time they had our beautiful Murphy bed standing with rock solid stability. There were a few challenges with the kit we bought along the way, but Igor explained the issues thoroughly and offered multiple solutions and helped us feel confident in our decision. Even when this additional challenge required more parts, Igor expertly gathered what he needed and got the solution up and running quickly. All in all a great experience, an easy recommendation for me of an extremely qualified professional, and you can bet I’m reaching out to IT Home Improvement again in the future with more projects.
