ADR Home Improvement, working out of Fall River, is best known for its decks — a 2020 review describes a large custom build with angled corners and a wraparound staircase in Azek decking, and multiple other reviews over the years describe similar projects finished to a high standard, including one where the crew, led by Adriano and Lucas, coordinated a big job "without even one issue" and drew interest from the customer's own neighbors. One repeat customer said the company rebuilt a deck for them and, later, repaired flood-damaged basement walls with sheetrock, plaster, and paint, and called the work good both times. In a 2019 review, a homeowner said ADR stepped in to finish a deck a previous contractor had abandoned mid-project. The record gets more uneven outside of deck-building. A 2024 review said a roof the company put over an existing deck was prompt and well-priced, but a separate 2024 review described a roofing job where shingles blew off three times, a second roofer called the result a mess of missing and cut shingles, and the customer said they could no longer reach anyone at the company afterward. A 2025 review from a former tenant said the company charged what felt like an inflated price to fix two doors and a frame and wouldn't provide an itemized breakdown despite repeated requests, and a 2024 review said a deck job quoted at one week stretched past a month, with the crew going silent for two or three days at a stretch. Worth knowing before you call: public OSHA records show a current penalty of $2,842 against the company, though the specific violation isn't described in what's available here. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor license, #215370, is active and verified against the state registry. This looks like a solid choice specifically for deck work, where the track record is deepest and most consistent — for a roof or anything with a tighter timeline, get a firm written schedule and ask how billing will be itemized before work starts.

They made ridiculous price on fixing 2 doors and a frame on a apartment I moved out on and then said it was a they gave a deal.. Ive asked multiple times through text and over the phone for a itemized price on each thing that cost along with labor to add up so i can understand the total and i’ve got ignored on both sides, this wasn’t the first incident my old landlord had them fix the floors on the apartment i was living in and that still lifted after and when I got home I had damaged to all parts of my dinning room table and I called sent a email and texted the guy that came and he also ignored me I’ve also sent pictures. I 100 percent do not recommended a company that’s not communicative and don’t take responsibility on there coworkers actions. There a complete rip off.
They did a good job building my new deck but what was supposed to take a week turned into more than a month. They ghosted me for two or three days in a row multiple times where no one would show up & they wouldn’t answer my calls. They were supposed to apply polymeric sand between the bluestones but they left it half done. When I called, the owner kept telling me they would be there the next day for over a week so I finally just gave up. I would say they do good work but make sure they spell out when your project will be complete in the contract and don’t pay them until they complete the job.
ADR built me a front deck, and I was completely satisfied. They removed my old deck and poured cement on Friday, worked a 10-hour day on Monday, started at 7 AM on Tuesday, and finished at 3 PM. My only disappointment was the appearance of the sonotubes laid to support the two posts. When I asked Adriano about this, he and a worker returned and boxed them in with PVC (this wasn't in the contract). - this took three hours. They even tapered the boxes to match the posts. Overall, a quick, stress-free, and professional transaction.
Adriano, Lucas as the crew were awesome. This was a big project as they coordinated it perfectly without even one issue. They went above & beyond my expectations. The job came out beautifully & I've received tons of compliments & my neighbors are even interested in hiring ADR now as well. ADR left a sign on my property & I'm leaving it there for a while as my way to let them to promote & showcase their outstanding craftsmanship & work.
