Nine unblemished reviews on one platform is a promising start, not a long track record. A sensible call for a homeowner planning a full remodel or an exterior package — windows, siding, decks — who wants one contractor coordinating it. Ask to see the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and proof of insurance in writing, and ask for the addresses of those recent full-house jobs; the people who described them sound happy to be called.
