Authentic Construction Group

Authentic Construction Group is a Fall River, MA contractor whose MA home improvement contractor licence is active on the state registry, with Cory Carvalho as the holder of record. The company describes itself as an approved MassSave Heat Pump Installer, and its website lists a service area that includes Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton, Attleboro, Brockton and Dartmouth. A 2026 review describes 9 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced by Authentic, with Cory taking the time to explain the options fully before a decision and his team working fast and efficiently. Another 2026 reviewer got several quotes on replacement windows and found Cory's pricing and turnaround time better than any other quote received. For vinyl siding, a 2026 review says Cory at Authentic made the quoting process super easy and calls the communication and craftsmanship perfect from start to finish. A 2026 review says a roof was completed in a fast and efficient manner, and that its writer then hired Cory to contract an ADU on the property. On the heating and cooling side, a 2026 review describes Cory and his team installing two mini-split air conditioning systems, with Cory communicating in advance what work was scheduled each day and the work area left spotless on completion. In a separate 2026 review, Cory Carvalho had just finished installing a mini-split system and is described as remarkably quiet and completely respectful of the home. In one 2026 review, Cory came early in the morning and put in 12 hour days while it was extremely hot. Another 2026 review says he has been helping with a house remodel that included a bathroom remodel, kitchen, basement flooring and, most recently, door installation, and that he has been quick to answer calls and texts.
