Advanced Construction

If you feel like wasting you time, and having a group try and gaslight you through the process HIRE advanced. They will forget to order your materials until you call them. They will cancel meetings last minute countless times and you will be left with a subpar experience and wasted time out of work. You better check the work you get done also because they will improperly flash exterior jobs thinking they can come back and clean it up when they get the next job from you. Wait better yet they Won't tell you something is rotted to keep the cost low so you will hire them again! I can't imagine what disastrous outcomes could have happened if we had again went Advanced! They seemed great at first, but they are sales first and cover up jobs second! You will notice their response below mentioning that I stated their work was professional. It was not. I am having further work done, Others are finding their work is not to a high standard and I can agree. When the did work their was obvious rot and water damage. Something they should have seen and reported to us the homeowners. They claim quality work, well quality comes with inspection of ones own work. If they can't tell a piece of wood is rotted then how can they appreciate the quality of their own work. They can't! We had new fresh damage, over old damage from work they did! Don't worry you'll get the best from advanced. Trust me it was professional, until work was inspected. Nice front sales room, Bill is a good architect! 2026 update wow another issue found they really screwed up the work they did. I can only hope they have improved. Sealant was not placed where they said it was, the job they did continues to cause us issues.

Dave and the crew are the BEST! We had Advanced come in to get the job done, and boy did they do it! They came in and "banged it out" in no time at all! When they were done, they picked up & cleaned up and it was cleaner than they found it! I "HIGHLY" recommend Advanced for any projects.

Advanced Construction did a magnificent job with the exterior siding and vent replacement at Spark Makerspace. David and his team were incredibly diligent, prompt, and flexible throughout the process. They worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure the job was done right. We truly appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail, and would highly recommend them!
