Advantage Glass Co. describes itself on its website as a commercial glazing company in Cranston, Rhode Island, working for schools and universities, commercial buildings, multi-unit residential and municipal clients. A local news site has described the company as the low bidder on a city project. A 2025 customer called the employees kind and knowledgeable and said they cleaned up after themselves. A 2025 reviewer said the company does not answer its phone, that they gave an attitude when asked why, and that it is very tight to maneuver a truck there. A 2023 reviewer arriving for a delivery said no one answered the phone when they tried to call ahead, and that the dock sits in a neighborhood between two houses.
“The low bid of $533,000 by Advantage Glass of Cranston, R.I., was about $400,000 less than the city expected, members of the Community Development Authority said after yesterday's meeting.”
Very professional! Excellent service! Kind & knowledgeable employees! They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves 👍 👍 Everything you would want from a glass company.. a well deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
These people need to learn how to conduct proper business practices. They do not answer their phone at all. If you are a truck driver coming in to make a delivery, and need to talk to someone to ask directions on how to get in there, forget about it. When I asked them why they didn't answer the phone, they gave me an attitude. Truck drivers with a 53 foot trailer, and a sleeper cab steer clear of this place. It is very tight to maneuver a truck
Was here after Mother’s Day weekend for a Monday delivery. No one answered the phone when I tried to call ahead for delivery. (Communication is key) The dock is in a neighborhood between two houses. Swing wide to make the right safely and back very slowly to the dock.
Awesome company, awesome people. Highly recommend them !
