Cheap is not good and good is not cheap however, reasonably priced along with awesome customer service and follow through wins in my book everytime. These guys and gals are what customer service should be. Thank you for the work you did. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
We moved into our new home 3 weeks ago, inheriting a solar system. We had no clue how it worked or how to go about finding out. All we knew was that a number of panels had to be replaced. Aegis Solar was recommended to us and we couldn't have been more lucky. They have been responsive and responsible. And very professional. They have done what they said and have beaten all timing for work that they had set. So I would STRONGLY recommend them for any related work needed.
I was surprised to learn that Aegis Solar is 1 of 7 original Solar Companies approved in the State of CT & if I recall correctly they are the last of those 7 companies still around. They do fantastic work & keep all aspects of projects in house, they DO NOT USE subcontractors. Their Sales Team, Administrative Dept, Installation & Service Crews are all Aegis Solar Employees. I don't think there are any other Solar Companies around that can actually say that! Aside from that it felt like all the Aegis Employees treated my home as if it was their own, the attention to detail pre & post install & the respect given to myself, my family & my property was incredible!!
From Nathan to Mike to everyone else- incredible approach and company Highly recommend Aegis!
It's been 3 and a half years since we went solar with Aegis Solar Energy, and we couldn't be happier. Our system has performed flawlessly, easily beating their guaranteed production year over year. I'm not your average solar buyer - while I live in CT, I work for a solar firm based in MA, and we aren't licensed in CT. So when I wanted to install solar, I had to look for a reputable firm that treats their customers right, just like the folks I work for. Leslie Higgins and Aegis fit that bill spectacularly, I would highly recommend them for anyone looking at solar power.
