My husband and I have been looking to get our bathroom remodeled for a long while and we heard an advertisement on our local radio station for Affordable Baths and decided to give them a try. I met with Craig who was nothing less than friendly, professional and very innovative with his ideas. I walked into the showroom in Northboro and liked what I saw. We hired Affordable Baths right on the spot and have been extremely happy with everything they've done. From the high quality state of the art materials and fixtures, to the professionalism of the entire team including Christine who walked us through every twist and turn along the way. When I tell you, if I had a problem, I would text or call her, she responded immediately with the answers. Please, if you are looking to get your bathroom remodeled, do yourself a favor and hire this company. I have lived in our home for 28 years and had numerous projects done but this company and team were by far the best. Thank you Affordable Baths for everything. I will be recommending you to everyone we know who is looking to get a bathroom remodel.
Hired Affordable Baths to remodel our bathroom. We were quoted 2 to 3 weeks, but actual time fell right around 4 weeks total time (still within contract limits). We ended up paying some additional charges due to us having an old house and needing our floor leveled. Bathroom came out beautiful. Reasons for a 4 star review and not 5: The only complaints we had were how high the shower head was installed Affordable baths stated they would send us an extension so we could reach the detachable shower head, but it never came. The other complaint we have is our toilet constantly runs after flushing. We brought this up during install twice as we were using it, but nothing was done to fix this. Once toilet is flushed, it's 50/50 we have to take the top of the toilet off and jiggle insides to get it to stop running. If items are addressed, we would be happy to change to a 5 star review. Overall, we would use this company again!.
Needed a shower remodel due to a shoddy installation by the builder of our condo. We had many leaks and they couldn't be stopped.
