Affordable Mold & Duct Cleaning

Excellent service! I reached out to Guy for work that needed to be done, and they responded quickly. This was a time sensitive issue and they came out within a day and a half to assess the issue and returned the very next day to complete the work. They were responsive, professional, and took the time to explain what was wrong, what was needed to fix it, how the repair would be done, and the expected timeframe. I truly appreciated their communication and expertise. I highly recommend them!

5 PLUS stars . A great team to work with they were diligent and spent time explaining everything, originally hired for the attic however after home inspection they reviewed the report with us in detail as they walked through the house, additionally were were in a time crunch and although they could not stay longer that day for the additional work they came back 2 days later and addressed everything in the report to ensure we met our deadline. A very knowledgeable hard working team. Very reasonably priced

The is the second time we have used Affordable Mold Remediation. Guy was super responsive, has decades of experience and knew exactly what our issue was. His team came out the day after I called to schedule the work, they were super friendly and extremely hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. I hope we don’t have any further issues, but if we do, I will definitely be reaching out to Guy and his team again!

Guy and his Team saved me in a major way when I had a tenant who was having a hard time scheduling and cooperating. The Team's expertise calmness, patience and 'having my back' saved the day and I would strongly recommend this company.

I hired this company knowing they would get mold out of my basement but never expected every surface cleaned salvaging 23 years of collectibles AND have a basement cleaner than it’s ever been at a cost that is realistic-unlike the big companies that are way over the top. So glad I found Guy Oliver.
