We had the pleasure of working with Alliance this past winter after a blizzard iced over our chimney cap, causing our wood stove to puff back and fill our entire home with smoke. Thanks to Ray's coordination and Joey's expertise, our home is now completely smoke- and soot-free. From the very beginning, their response was quick and professional. During the initial evaluation, Joey and Ray immediately recognized the strong campfire smell throughout the house and had air scrubbers and filters installed right away, making the air much easier to breathe before the full restoration process began. Ray stayed in touch throughout every stage of the project, making sure everything was coordinated smoothly and checking in regularly on the progress. Matt, one of their mitigation technicians, was incredibly thorough and meticulous. He cleaned every inch of our home—from the ceilings and walls to every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen—with exceptional attention to detail. Joey also returned several times to personally inspect the work. If he found even the smallest trace of dust on any surface, he made sure it was cleaned again until it met his high standards. Even after being involved in an accident that kept him out of work, Joey still took the time to call me personally to check on the progress and make sure everything was being handled properly when he couldn't be there in person. The entire Alliance team exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the job right. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Alliance to anyone in need of restoration services.
