I have discussed this with the family and we cannot afford to pay for a service call after the incredible expense of connecting the water and septic system to the mobile home. We had budgeted $2500, with a bit extra in case extra labor or parts were needed. We were absolutely shocked when your final bill was $4850. It is my error that I did not get an estimate in writing from you before hiring you, but you gave me the verbal estimate, even on the day of the work, knowing I needed the septic connected as well as the "well work". I hired you after getting a referral from another professional in Lincoln that we contracted with, and am now very disappointed in how deceptive you appear to have been in estimating the work and now even more so that you were not honest when you told me over the phone that you checked all the sinks and toilets and everything was fine. I consider the fact that you would charge any amount of money to make the toilets run correctly after just finishing the work less than 2 weeks ago paramount to not providing a guarantee for your work. I cannot justify hiring you again nor paying for any more services from you. I am beyond disappointed in this experience with your company.

Scott and crew did a great job opening up my camp for me. They also installed a waterheater and replaced the cpvc water lines with pex. Hope to do business with him for many years to come!
