We had some water damage on the exterior of our log home that involved replacing logs etc. We also had some roof gutters placed to help prevent future damage to home exterior. Carlos and Erling did the home repairs. They were very efficient and worked very well together. When some furniture needed to be moved in living room to access the front door, they helped move everything out of their way and made sure that it was not obstructive to us. They returned things back in place and cleaned up the areas. They also were careful about our indoor cat not escaping when they had to make several trips in and out of the house. We were very satisfied with the work of One Stop and definitely would not hesitate to contact them in the future if needed.
Josh was great! He explained how to use our heat pump more efficiently. He explained the terms related to the heat pump. Very pleasant and efficient.
These people are honest , extremely hard working and reliable . If something can be fixed , they fix it ,rather than making you pay for unneeded new repairs . You can always feel confident with Russ and his crew .
From the moment you call One Stop Home Repair you feel confident in the business. I used One Stop Home Repair for my split unit air conditioning in 2025 to have the units serviced and freon charged. This year for the boiler inspection and annual service on my Generac generator. Thumbs up for all of the service and techs. My grandmother called to do maintenance on the boiler and furnace. Everything was working just fine till the technician came out. He left, the hot water stopped working so we called him back. Told us that we needed a new boiler and furnace and conveniently they just had a deal go through and could give us a deal. Sounds like to me he broke our boiler and furnace to force a sale on to us too. Got in contact with Howard just to be ghosted after showing how the technician broke the boiler and furnace. Do not come here unless you want to be taken advantage of and scammed. They had no problem taking advantage of my poor grandmother and they will do the same to you.
