When a well went bad/dry, a recent HomeAdvisor customer called Paul with Black Label Plumbing, who helped troubleshoot over the phone and said he would be over the next morning. I called Paul with Black Label Plumbing to talk to him about my Well gone bad/dry. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone and told me to call if it didn?t work. I called him later that day and he said he would be over the next morning. He was prompt and dealt with multiple problems, after about 6 hours I finally got clean well water and a new kitchen faucet! Well worth the fee he charged. He was polite and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!
Great outfit. Paul came in and fixed our issue immediately. Showed up as promised, Very fair and easy to deal with. I will recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately I don't live in Maine full time yet and I rent my property to vacationers. I have had 2 plumbing issues while renters were staying, and in BOTH situations I called outside regular business hours and in the first occasion I left a message and got almost a immediate return call. The second time I got a immediate answer. In both occasions, they were able to address, and correct, my plumbing issues the next day. This is important as I absolutely need to have my place viable for the guests when I'm trying to manage things from 1100 miles away. These guys are good at their craft, have absolutely been responsive, and I trust them from 1100 miles away. Definitely highly recommend. Just saying.
Paul and his team showed up to my house the very next business day and got water flowing thru the pipes. Short of drilling the well, Paul and his team replaced the old shotty repair work with all new material. (He didn't even mind that I watched and asked questions😁). Very knowledgeable and efficient. I was very impressed. Just straight up, good people! I highly recommend for anyone to call Paul Young at Black label plumbing for their plumbing needs!
Nothing but good things to say, thank you for coming by on short notice! Friendly service!
