If I could give a 0 I would. I rented a dumpster and had it delivered for work clearing a home on May 30th. I contacted them on June 1st and told them it was ready for pick up before the rain storms that were expected. I don't know when they actually pick up because we do not live at the house. The dumpster was filled with clothes, old VHS cassettes and other random materials from 2 upstairs bedrooms in a house we are clearing. We rented a 2 ton dumpster. This Friday June 12th I received an email but did not see it till Saturday informing me that they just received the billing from the landfill and they were sending an invoice for the remaining balance. The bill is more than the original cost of the dumpster. No major furniture or appliances were placed in the dumpster. They are claiming it is all from being over weight. After reviewing the bill I came to realize that even though they rented us a 2 ton dumpster they only alloted 1 ton to be placed in the dumpster and are charging for every 1,000 pounds over the 1 ton. Their contract is deceiving because they state you are allowed a 2 ton dumpster with 2,000 pounds. Never did I think to look at the comparisons for what the pumdage is for 2 tons. This is beyond deceiving. If you are charging for a 2 ton dumpster we should be able to put 2 tons in the dumpster. Nevermind that I received the new bill 2 weeks after pick up and they haven't stopped calling my phone and sending emails all day. They waited forever to send a new invoice that we can't disprove and now they are acting especially needy. I had a dumpster from a company who unfortunately closed its doors last year to the same location, loaded it with far less and the weight I received from that company was less than what this company is claiming. Beware the Affordable in their name is a lie and so deceiving once they send you a second bill you have no way to contest!!!

Affordable Waste Solutions is an excellent company to work with. Their prices are affordable and there are no hidden costs. They dropped off and picked up the dumpster as I requested. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful!

I am delighted to share my outstanding experience with this company. When my basement flooded, I needed a dumpster, and their memorable pink dumpsters came to mind from our first conversation. The entire process was remarkably professional. After switching banks, I encountered issues, but they adapted and scheduled a delivery appointment. On the scheduled day, the payment processing faced difficulties due to the new bank account. Nevertheless, they remained patient, notified me of the issue, and allowed me to resolve it without canceling the delivery. Upon contacting my bank, the payment was processed successfully. I highly recommend this dumpster company for their affordability, exceptional service, and reliability. I plan to utilize their services again and suggest them to my friends.

Called one day and the next day had a dumpster. Treated an out of towner as one of their own. No gimmicks, no nonsense just trash talk. (See what I did there. :P) The secretary is super nice. The delivery guy was even cool. Over all great experience with a dumpster company. Thank you folks!

My boyfriend and I rented a dumpster from affordable waste solutions. We have used their services in the past, the price is great and scheduling is never an issue. During the time in which we had it last, we unfortunately had a medical issue occur leaving us stuck at the hospital for the week. Affordable waste allowed us to not only keep it for an additional week but free of charge. We greatly appreciate their loyalty to their customers. We highly recommend!
