I am a neighbor of a business that uses this trash removal company....sometimeswhile emptying a dumpster trash spills onto public property....the driver doesn't pick it up....phoned the office to lodge a complaint...a very rude woman said she would loom into it....trash is still in the road...this is not a reputable company....look elsewhere
McNamara is a fantastic company. We have them at our apartment complex. They are extremely professional and timely. When we needed a new recycling bin, they got back to us quickly and within a couple days we received a new bin. Highly recommended!
We couldn’t ask for a better trash removal company! Not only are they incredibly reliable and professional, but they go above and beyond in ways that truly matter. On more than one occasion, we’ve forgotten to put the bin out in time—and without a single complaint, they’ve circled back to make sure our trash is picked up. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days. But what really sets them apart is how kind and community-oriented they are. One of the crew always takes a few moments to say hello to my son at the bus stop. They’ve even let him pull the lever on the truck (which absolutely makes his day). It’s such a small gesture, but it means the world to us. Friendly, dependable, and genuinely caring—this is a business that treats people like neighbors, not just customers. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!
McNamara is an excellent company! We use their weekly trash and recycling pickup and have never had any issues at all. We needed a dumpster delivered last minute a few months ago, and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Thank you, McNamara!
So pleased with the service from McNamara. They always arrive within the expected pick up window, I never have issues getting a hold of someone in the office when needed, and the drivers are so wonderful! I’ve forgotten to put our barrels out a handful of times and the drivers have come up our driveway and gotten them to ensure we’re picked up. Can’t recommend enough!
