Air & Water Solutions did an outstanding job replacing our old air conditioning unit. From the initial service call to the final installation, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. Their team quickly diagnosed the issue with our old system and worked directly with our home warranty company to get the replacement approved and completed without unnecessary delays. The installation was done in a timely manner, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Everyone we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous — from the office staff who kept us informed throughout the process to the technicians who performed the installation. Jim (the owner), Jose, the dispatcher, and Tony, the technician, are all fantastic. We had an AC installation that was done before we bought our home about 11 months ago. They stood behind it when the AC didn't work this year, and within a week of the diagnostic visit had the whole thing fixed, which involved substantial inside piping work, since the unit itself turned out to be fine. They did a very thorough job and never charged us for it, which could have been about a $1500 job. I found both Tony and Jim to be incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for honesty, fairness and reliability. It's a smaller company so sometimes you can't get an instant answer, but the small business feeling comes through in that when they ARE able to reach out (Jim's out on installations a lot, too), they are stellar.

Jim installed our HVAC system and did a great job. Recently when the AC had an issue, he came out urgently—even though he wasn’t feeling well. Very dedicated, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
