Last winter, I had my unit replaced by them, but it didn’t even last a year. After making countless calls and leaving messages, they remain completely unresponsive. Extremely unprofessional.
I was told they were supposed to pull a permit, which they didn't. Also they left without purging the air out of the system
They will charge your appointment as they please and will ask for an advance part of payment even on their website it says NO UPFRONT PAYMENT. They also charge you a charge fee and when you ask they said it's the tax fee, really?!However when you want to make a payment there is a page unsecured where you sent them all your credit card information and when I asked for another way to make the payment they said well if ZILLOW if you want.
I sent request on friday night and by saturday afternoon, the water heater was replaced. Very quick response times and good punctuality. I wouldnt call it the best value, but its fair and didnt charge me emergency charges. Quoted price is not per hour and its per job and didnt feel like a ripoff. Overall experience is very good.
Estimate was fine but doesn't provide workmanship warranties. Scheduled an appointment at 11:30am Monday 8/12/24 before no warranty was known. No show on 8/12. Called them at least 5 times but no answer. Left a message with no call back. Never heard from them. Very poor communication and customer services.
