Builders keep hiring Capeless Plumbing & Heating. A contractor of 30 years wrote in February 2025 of working with Mike Capeless for more than eight years; another builder that month described several new-construction projects from rough-in to finish with deadlines met, and a June 2025 builder said the crew got a plumbing rough done and called for inspection within a day. In an October 2025 review, a cafe owner said Mike's team kept a new cafe buildout in West Lebanon, New Hampshire on schedule for every inspection. The company describes itself as a family-owned plumbing and heating contractor based in Windham, New Hampshire, serving homes and businesses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 2009. Michael Capeless Jr.'s Massachusetts plumber licence is active on the state registry. Google shows 5★ from 33 ratings. Homeowners hire it for service work too. In a July 2025 review, a customer had a sink installed in an awkward spot in the garage with no plumbing nearby, and said the crew walked them through the work and left the space cleaner than they found it. A January 2025 reviewer with a complicated boiler situation said the crew handled it with care at a fair price. An August 2025 customer had a heating system installed and said the crew laid out options when issues came up, and a July 2025 reviewer said the invoice matched the quote exactly. In February 2026, a real estate agent had two water heaters quoted and installed as quoted.
Mike and his Team are reliable, knowledgeable and experienced. My go to for all of my residential and commercial plumbing. Can’t recommend enough, always a job well done.
Capeless Plumbing has plumbed many new construction homes for me. The workmanship has always been exceptional. In addition to that I have needed service calls on my personal property. They were quick to get a crew out to resolve my issues and get everything back up and running. Strongly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
Capeless Plumbing came out and gave a quote for two hot water heaters! On time and professional at every step of the process. Job was completed as quoted! Excellent! As a real estate agent will recommend them to my clients.
