Stone walkways and patios are the work Ajna Stonescapes is hired for, and Kyle is the person who does it. The company describes itself as a hardscape installation and landscaping business working from Southern Maine to Coastal New Hampshire, and it offers free estimates. A recent customer says Kyle took on a rehab job for a bluestone patio that "was a disaster" and that it now looks wonderful. That customer says Kyle put details from the first consult in writing, reviewed every change in writing, and has already been asked to complete two other projects at the house. A recent customer says Kyle did a meticulous job on a front walkway. A 2025 customer said Kyle installed a paver walkway and multiple garden areas, and that the quoted amounts were what they actually ended up paying. A 2025 customer said Kyle designed and built a field stone retaining wall and installed two flagstone walkways, with cost estimates that outlined the materials, their source and his methods. A 2024 customer said the company completed granite stairs to the front door. A 2023 customer said Ajna built a natural stone patio from local, irregular roofer's slate blended with original slate on site, and provided a hand sketch with a detailed estimate. A 2023 customer said Kyle brought an eleven-year-old bluestone patio, fire pit and walkway back to life. On Google, the company shows 5 stars from 7 ratings.
Kyle did an amazing job on my front walkway. He was responsive, respectful, kind, and so great to work with. He did a meticulous job and I love the result. It is better than I imagined. Thank you Kyle!
Kyle took on a rehab job for my bluestone patio. It was a disaster! It now looks wonderful, and I know it was done properly. I also appreciated Kyle's communication style. In writing, he reviewed details we discussed after our initial consult. At every point during construction, he was thorough and took the time to answer questions and clarify details. If I made changes to the project, he reviewed the changes with me and put them in writing, so there were no mistakes or misunderstandings. I have already asked him to complete two other projects at my house:) Thank you, Kyle!!
We’ve now had Ajna Stonescapes complete two major landscaping projects for us and we could not be happier! Kyle installed a paver walkway for us as well as multiple garden areas. His design ideas are spectacular! I love that I can share the ideas that I have but also trust him to incorporate and run with his own design concepts. I also love this company‘s attention to sustainability and designs that work with and complement the existing natural landscape. The estimates are fair and it’s reassuring that the quoted amounts are what you actually end up paying. We’ve experienced many situations with other companies where they give you an estimate and the final bill is thousands of dollars higher. The process is very transparent with Kyle and he makes it easy for his customers from start to finish. We are so happy with our garden areas and our paved walkway. I would recommend Ajna Stonescapes without hesitation and we will no doubt reach out to them again for any future landscape design needs.
Kyle designed and built a beautiful field stone retaining wall on our property. He also installed 2 flagstone walkways that by themselves are a statement in the landscape. Kyle listened to our needs and then presented us with a design idea based on those needs. Kyle's cost estimates are meticulously detailed outlining materials, their source, and methods he would use. We are thrilled with the end result. We recommend Ajna Stonescapes without hesitation.
We were so pleased with the work Ajna Stonescapes completed for us this summer, that we recently met with Kyle to discuss several long-term projects—erosion control, landscaping and a walk way to the front door from the drive way. The completed granite stairs to the front door have transformed the entrance. The work and the follow up were outstanding. The grass grew in well and the hostas are happy along the front of the house!
