A+! Eric’s Instant Lawn provided fantastic service from start to finish! On October 4th, Robert and Matt arrived and hydroseeded our entire front and side lawns. End of workday on Friday, very congested & slight chaos of kids and cars around our home, yet they remained polite and super efficient. Their work was superb. In addition, Eric’s “Green Sheet” of guidance on lawn care was the perfect post game for me to make sure I take care of the hydroseeding investment! Thanks to Robert & Matt and a recent phone call I made to Eric, to praise the team, all of their expertise & terrific customer care gave us the confidence we made the absolute right choice in this project. Shortly after 2-weeks we started seeing great results (with a strict watering routine, 2x day; morning and evening) and today at the 3-week mark exactly, we already see a nice full consistent layer of consistent fresh rich green grass growth! This is an outstanding company. First off you deal with the owner not just an employee. Eric made a few visits prior to the installation of a new 3/4 acre lawn. He helped me select a provider for loam and explained to me how all loam is not created equal. When I found what I thought was good loam , he got it tested to be sure.. it was. He arranged for his subcontractor to Harley rake and hand rake every nook and cranny. Honestly, when they were done it looked perfect absolutely perfect. Then he put down the Hydroseed. He was there with two other men. All were fully capable and professional in every way. This job took a full day , 8 tanks. He adjusted to accommodate a very tight schedule while balancing weather conditions , the irrigation company, loam delivery, and the grading company. He made all appointments and commitments on time. In two weeks I had a vibrant lawn bursting with life. Best experience I could’ve asked for. I’ve been in general contracting for over 30 years. I’ve dealt with literally hundreds of sub contractors. This company is absolutely top shelf in every way. If you use someone else your making a mistake. Video is at 15 days after installation… you be the judge.

We had a very positive experience with our first hydroseeding job. Eric and his crew worked start to finish and made sure every detail was covered and addressed to perfection. They even went above and beyond to help with a few things that were not part of the project and without hesitation.
