I’ve worked with Akaza Builders before when they were still Octopus, and I couldn’t find them under the old name at first, ended up stumbling on them again on Thumbtack by coincidence. Our first project was a small bathroom remodel, and I remember being impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Fast forward a few years, and I bought a house that needed a lot more work, a full remodel, mechanical updates in the basement, updates on both floors. I went straight to Andre and his team at Akaza, because I knew they’d deliver. And they did. They’re not the cheapest option out there, but honestly, that’s not a bad thing. The quality, communication, and overall experience are worth it. They handle everything thoughtfully, and you can tell they genuinely care about the outcome. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Akaza Builders Inc. They completely remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom, and the results are outstanding. The team was professional, reliable, and always respectful of my home. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the refined finishing touches—they truly care about delivering top-quality work. My new spaces are not only beautiful but also perfectly functional. I highly recommend Akaza Builders to anyone looking for craftsmanship and professionalism at the highest level!…Read moreAkaza Builders Inc.
Akaza was great to work with for finishing our basement. Start to finish, each part of the project planned, well thought out and organized. You could tell each person who came to perform the work took pride in what they did. We will definitely be recommending them to others.Akaza Builders Inc.
Octopus Home Solutions really good job of replacing our wooden deck with composite. OHS was one of the few contractors who gave a really precise quote with detailed descriptions of what the job entails. Andre and the guys took really good job of letting us know what job was left and any surprises that were there. They were punctual and cleaned out the yard everyday after work and made it useful for us at the end of the day. We are really happy we redid the deck and we are happy that we chose Octopus Home Solutions. We highly recommend them for any house projects be it small or big. We would definitely consider them for our future house projects.
