Al's Landscaping Service's four Google reviews split two and two, and both halves are specific. A customer writing in June 2026 said the company has looked after their lawn since 2022 and called the technicians kind and their work good; in August 2023, another said the crew "do not miss an inch" mowing, edging and cleaning up, at what they called a very reasonable rate. The Google page averages 3.0 across four ratings. The two one-star accounts are just as detailed. In a May 2024 review, a customer said they hired the crew to edge garden beds, the edging was never done, and a blower was used to push mulch out onto the lawn; when they complained, they said they got excuses and were then ignored. A November 2023 reviewer described watching crews spend about a minute on neighbors' lawns before moving on, and said the spring and fall cleanups blew leaves into the street, into neighboring yards and at passing cars. This is a routine lawn-maintenance outfit, and the customers who are happy with it are the ones on a standing schedule. If you want anything beyond the weekly mow — bed edging, a seasonal cleanup — put each task in the written scope, agree where the leaves and clippings end up, and ask how a complaint gets handled before the first visit.
