I couldn’t be happier with my new black screen door from Aladdin! It has completely updated the look of my home and adds such a beautiful, modern touch to the entrance. From start to finish, my experience with Aladdin was wonderful. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The installation was done beautifully, and the attention to detail really shows. The door looks fantastic and feels like a quality addition to my home. The best thing about the door is the screen is built right in no more taking the old glass off to install the screen. It's just one hand slide up and down fantastic! It’s not often that you find a company that delivers both excellent customer service and excellent workmanship, but Aladdin truly did. I highly recommend Aladdin to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality screen door and a company that stands behind its work.

I can't say enough good things about Aladdin Inc.! From my very first phone call to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. This wasn't my first experience with Aladdin, either. They installed my parents' windows about 25 years ago, and those windows have stood the test of time beautifully. They also installed an awning for them about seven years ago, and we were just as pleased with that experience. So when it came time to replace the windows and adding a storm door in my own home, I didn't hesitate to give them a call. Every time I spoke with the office, I was greeted with kindness, patience, and a genuinely happy attitude. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, shook my hand, and immediately got to work. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. I was amazed that they installed 22 windows and a storm door in just six hours without sacrificing quality. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. My upstairs windows are natural wood, while my downstairs windows are white. Rather than making an assumption, they called me to make sure the color of the caulk would match each floor perfectly. That level of communication and care says a lot about the pride they take in their work. When I got home, I was blown away. The windows are beautiful, the workmanship is exceptional, and my house was spotless. They left absolutely no mess behind—it was as if they had never been there, except for my gorgeous new windows. Twenty years ago, Aladdin installed an awing for us and it’s still working and beautiful. When we needed an awning in a second location we knew exactly who to call - Aladdin. From our meeting with Gerry, the owner, to Tina in the office, to the actual installation by outstanding professionals every step was 5-star. Would absolutely recommend Aladdin.

I would give more stars if I could. The installers were extremely professional. They installed an awing, a front door and a storm door. After completing the work they cleaned up and actually vacuumed the area. It was so nice to see the professionalism that is so rare these days. I had an excellent experience with Aladdin, Inc. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to high-quality service from start to finish. They came to our home with a sample window, which made choosing easy, and completed installation of all 18 windows in just one day. They were respectful of our home, handled cleanup thoroughly, and even disposed of our old windows. We also appreciated their expertise working with older homes with lead paint. They made the process feel safe and well-managed. Our new windows are absolutely beautiful and have transformed the space. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they caught a small imperfection we hadn’t noticed and replaced it within a week, no hassle. Their level of care and genuine commitment was 10/10.
