They didn’t want to make the appointment without my husband also being present. I asked for a price for each window as well as a price for replacing all windows. Was not given a price for individual windows. I was given this sheet that does not break down costs- rep said “full house” only included 10 windows when we have over 40 on the home.. Sticker price for all windows was over $150,000 but somehow the “end of month deal” brought it down to $57,000. He said he could not provide me with a written breakdown of that pricing. He said he would email me something but never did. He called their call center with me on speakerphone because he wasn’t supposed to meet with me without my husband present because he said they want to make deals on the spot without the homeowners discussing in private and they needing something on record that my husband was unavailable. The whole thing was weird, high pressure sales tactics. Felt like an MLM scheme and not a consultation for new windows.
