Alan Tile & Co installs tile and flooring. The company says it designs and installs custom tile, natural stone and flooring, from custom showers to kitchen backsplashes, and that it has been in business for 20 years. One Google customer first called Marcus when he fixed their tub tiles after a bad plumbing job, then hired him to replace their bathroom floor. That job grew bigger than expected, and the customer says Marcus gave it the extra time it needed, kept the work area as neat as possible and charged a price they called reasonable and fair. A customer who hired Marcus for a kitchen backsplash says he and his employee asked questions to make sure they were happy with the tile placement, and that they chose him over a few other tile estimates. A customer thanks Marcus for fixing a client's kitchen floor. A customer whose hallway was redone says the team communicated throughout the project and left everything clean.
Met Marcus a year ago when he saved the day with my tub tiles, fixing a disastrous plumbing job. When I needed my bathroom floor replaced I did not hesitate to call Marcus. He did a great job, going above and beyond. The job became bigger than anticipated but Marcus never worried or rushed to get done quickly, he gave it the extra time it needed to be done well. He was able to pivot and do what was needed to get the job done right. He is very polite and always communicates his plans for the job. He keeps the work environment as neat as possible and the price was very reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!!!
We hired Marcus to do our backsplash in our kitchen and he did a beautiful job, we love how it turned out. Marcus and his employee are very talented and took the time to ask me questions to make sure I was happy with the tile placement. We had a few tile estimates, which means a few other people came to our home and Marcus stood out to us the most with the answers he gave us and his outgoing personality. We definitely made the right choice, I highly recommend. K & R
