Massachusetts requires most non-structural home improvement work to be carried out under a Home Improvement Contractor registration, and BuildZoom lists two such registrations for this company, 185822 and 105790, both of which it reports the state's Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation recorded as cancelled at one point. Separately, the 2012 Middleton kitchen permit was issued with its fee doubled, the permit noting that work had begun without a permit. No customer has published a review of the company. BuildZoom states it holds none, and the score shown on its profile is calculated from permit and licence data rather than from anything a customer wrote. The Massachusetts Construction Supervisor licence CS-051359 is shown as active, which BuildZoom says it verified in July 2026. Confirm that, and the current Home Improvement Contractor registration status, directly with the Commonwealth before hiring for house work.
