Tidy Cleaning did an amazing job with my general cleaning. Everything was spotless, they had good attention to detail, and very friendly. Looking forward to having them back for monthly cleanings as well!

Tidy Cleaners did an excellent job of cleaning our home. It was wonderful to walk into the house and see that rooms were spotless, kitchen appliances were literally sparkling, and all floors were vaccumed and washed, the inside of windows that were washed were amazing and we could see our view without dusty streaks!! We wanted a deep cleaning of our house, as we've lived here for forty years! Tidy cleaners did such a good job and we were extremely pleased! We recommend this company for your deep cleaning experience!

The cleaning itself was very well done — the house was left spotless, the team was punctual, professional, and communication throughout scheduling was excellent. They worked hard and overall the quality of the deep cleaning met expectations. However, I was disappointed with the pricing transparency at the end of the service. There appeared to be a misunderstanding regarding additional charges that were not clearly explained upfront, which made the final total come as an unexpected surprise. I believe clearer communication and a more detailed breakdown of costs beforehand would help avoid confusion for future customers. While the cleaning quality itself was very good, I do think pricing expectations and add-on services should be clarified more thoroughly before the job is completed.

I hired their cleaning services for the first time and I am blown away by the work and attention to detail! Vanessa was so personable and lovely and she worked hard and efficiently. I feel like it's worth every penny and I am so happy to continue services with Tidy!
