Horrible company left trash in our driveway after bin was a little full, ripped bags open just to throw the trash back in our bin, do not recommend them at all.

This company is an All American waste of time. The driver/Owner has anger management issues. Refused to completely empty our trash receptacles. Would not pick up the receptacles after I fired him. I had to bring them to his property and drop them off. Gave them a one star. Because they would not let me give him a 0 star. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Wish I could give them 0 star. Customer service sucks on drivers end and manager end. Avoid these guys at all costs

The owner John Babson just yelled at me and dumped trash all over my driveway, simply because I cancelled my service. After reading the other reviews this seems to be a common occurance. So if you decide to do business with this mouth breather you have that to look forward to.

I can not stress enough to choose another option if you have one. Last month we received a bill with a 5 dollar increase that we were not notified of- not a huge deal but pretty unprofessional- I decided to go with another company who is less expensive and easier to contact. We paid until the end of April, and put our trash out for our last pick up on April 29th. No one came. Today (May 8th) the owner came to pick up the barrels DUMPED THE TRASH ON OUR DRIVEWAY and left saying we didn't pay for the pick up. The very least they could have done was communicate with us about expectations. We were payed up with them through April but they skipped out on our last pick up and then treated us like trash (makes sense for them I suppose!). While our trash was mostly picked up (minus a time or two due to holidays and a total lack of communication from All American letting us know when the altered pick up would be) this company was rough to deal with. We started service in August of 2023 and despite calling and leaving somewhere between 3 and 5 voice mails and calling many more times we were unable to contact AAW until JANUARY of 2024 after receiving our first email from them with a bill. Other bills had been dropped in the mail, but we didn't have an active check book and there was no other obvious option for payment.
