A long-overdue garage cleaning prompted a July 2026 Google customer to praise Marguerite and her crew for their attention to detail, communication and response to a need for quick service. All Clean Cleaning Service says it has served the Worcester area for over 25 years. Its website describes residential, commercial, medical and office cleaning throughout Worcester County, with one-time and scheduled residential visits, infection cleaning, hoarding clean-ups and free estimates. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 59 ratings. Customers have described move-out cleaning, pre-sale deep cleaning and work in spaces beyond the main living rooms. In a June 2025 review, a customer said Marguerite accommodated a Saturday move-out and sent a three-person crew. A customer writing in November 2025 praised quick scheduling, prompt arrival and thorough work, saying the crew stayed until the customer was satisfied. In August 2023, a customer described contacting All Clean on Sunday night after moving into a house left dirty by the previous tenant. Marguerite called back right away, scheduled the crew for the next day, and the customer said the deep clean took five hours. In June 2023, a customer praised a deep clean before listing a house for sale, including scrubbing difficult grime from the kitchen and bathrooms. A September 2023 reviewer described a three-person crew cleaning an artist's studio in a timber-framed barn from top to bottom. Older accounts include a March 2022 review in which a customer said Edy cleaned a basement after a rodent problem, worked around boxes and left the space better organized. A December 2021 customer described hiring Maria and Samanta to clean a family member's hoarder-like home and praised their work. An April 2025 Google reviewer made a substantial complaint after a roommate hired All Clean to deep clean his room. The reviewer said the crew tracked dirt and grime through the rest of the house, touched handrails with dirty gloves, and left messes that took hours to clean after several visits. They also alleged a broken WiFi router, liquids poured down a bathroom sink and a front door left open for long periods despite the crew knowing pets lived there. The reviewer said the crew was careless toward other residents and neighbors.
