A full-size hot tub gone in 15 minutes: that is how one recent customer described All Day Junk Removal's visit. The company says it does residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, dumpster rentals, recycling and donation disposal in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, and lists service towns from Haverhill and Lowell to Boston and Newburyport. It says it started in 2004 helping family and friends move and clean out rental properties and incorporated in 2010; its website names Rob Day as founder and Jacob Day as manager. On Google it averages 4.8 stars from 390 ratings, and it carries an A+ grade on its BBB page. A recent customer said the first quote was too high, but Alex got right back after looking at pictures of the items and gave a reasonable one; that customer said the crew called ahead, was on time and cleaned up small debris in the driveway. A recent customer who hired them with their dad called the job huge, said it was very reasonably priced, and credited Jacob with leading the team. A 2025 customer said someone from the company called back within 15 minutes and Jacob arrived within the hour for a same-day quote. A 2025 customer said they came less than an hour after the call and got a shed taken down and out of the yard. A 2025 customer whose managed properties were stranded by a local waste company's labor strike said the company stepped in less than 24 hours after the call. A 2024 customer said they used the company on three occasions: to remove a refrigerator, to rent a dumpster and to clear out a basement. A one-star 2026 review accused the company of driving around the cities and dumping inside donation bins. A 2022 reviewer wrote that they take people's money and never show up for the job.
Original quote was too high, but Alex got right back to me, after looking at the pictures of what was to go and provided a reasonable quote. They were able to haul away a couple days later. Their service window was excellent and the crew provided a call ahead, was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up the small debris in the driveway. They were very friendly too. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to others.
Really enjoyed my experience with All Day Junk Removal. The staff were friendly and professional. Staff worked quickly and got the job done without issue. Would definitely hire them again.

My Dad and I recently had the pleasure of hiring “All Day Junk Removal” to come to our home and provide their junk removal services. These gentlemen were very professional, hard-working, efficient, expeditious, trustworthy, respectful and kind! The job they had to do was huge, yet never at any point were they anything less than very pleasant and easy to have around and in our home. The end result was even better than hoped for, and all very reasonably priced too!
