All Drain Services is a Hudson, NH sewer and drain cleaning contractor that says it's been at it for 30 years, working 24/7 across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Its BBB profile carries an A+ rating, and it covers a specific slate of work beyond routine snaking -- pipe laying, old pipe repairs, video camera inspections, sewer jetting, and pump-truck service for grease traps and catch basins. The bulk of its review history, 82 reviews on Google alone plus a strong 4.9-star record on Angi, tells a consistent story of fast, well-explained service. Reviewers describe emergency calls answered on Sundays and holidays, technicians who show up within an hour of a panicked call, and named techs -- Ray, Brandon, Drew, Kaiden, Peter, Josh and others -- walking customers through exactly what they're doing and why. A 2024 review from a homeowner with a 1953 house describes a technician camera-inspecting a waste line, finding roots 42 feet in, and cutting them out via a roof access point. Another customer, with the company since 2012, describes being bailed out repeatedly over the years, late nights and weekends included. There's a real pattern worth knowing about on the other side, though. Two separate reviews -- one from 2024, one from 2026 -- describe the same shape of dispute: the company's stated 30-day guarantee on a fix, and a customer being told they owed for a repeat visit when the same problem resurfaced just outside that window, around 34 days later in both cases. That's not one bad interaction; it's the same policy friction showing up twice. Separately, one 2026 reviewer says they were quoted $300 over the phone and then charged $400 on-site, and a 2025 reviewer describes a botched smoke test that filled their house with smoke because no seal was created -- and says they were still charged $900 for it. An older, 2019 Angi review describes a toilet left unattended while flushing that overflowed and sent water into the walls. None of this dominates the record -- the overwhelming majority of reviews, especially the last two years, are enthusiastic and specific -- but it's worth asking upfront exactly what the 30-day guarantee covers, and getting a firm price in writing before the truck arrives.
“Zhivotovsky has contracted two plumbing companies, Rooter-Man Plumbing & and Drains and All Drain Services, to try to alleviate plumbing issues.”
We had a major blockage in the main drain pipe of our home that was effecting the bathroom sink drain, after another company failed to identify and clear the clog, Ray from All drains was able to get it done. It wasn't easy, but he was patient and went through the motions and got it figured out and cleared! Thank you all drains and especially Ray for his expertise and professionalism.
Ethan was fantastic and provide provided knowledgeable information to help us make educated decisions to problem Solve. Not only was a professional. They had a great attitude and attacked the problem. Head on and provide provided information as to what steps we should do next. Highly recommend them for any service services locally of Massachusetts, New Hampshire area.
This is my first bad review I have ever sent to any company, but I felt that I need to warn people about All Drains policies before you call them. We had a back up in our floor drains April 14th (34 days ago). All Drains came out to fix the problem. They were prompt on arriving and the technician was very nice. He found a clog and said everything was all set, we were billed $900 dollars. On May 6th our sinks and floor drains would not drain and backed up, so we called them back. They charged us another $275 to unclog the drains under the sink and floor. All was temporary good. Yesterday, May 20th, the floor drains backed up again. We once again called All Drains. We were told they have a 30 day day guarantee, which put us 4 days outside of the guarantee.. We did have another technician come out, being told additional costs would insure with no guarantee whatsoever. so it would cost me another $450 and the tech said he doesn't know if what he was going to do would solve anything!! I called the manager to see if they could work with me a little and maybe meet me in the middle $250 They made it very clear that was not an option. If your willing to spend $1,000 dollars every 34 days, than this is the company for you, but as a small business I would suggest another company that stands by there work more the 34 days. I would understand if it was 90 day later, but not 34. Thank you for responding, We did call Rosco Rooter (who I would highly recommend. They came out with a camera and had the drain unclogged in 20 minutes. They charged almost half of what I paid your company. Our drains are not tied into anything but our unit. FYI If you look at some of your other reviews, there are a few people that have had the same problem with you trying to use your 30 day policy to get out of repairing your work. Maybe take the time to do the job right the fist time, and you shouldn't have to worry about people calling back in 30 days.
They were professional, responsive, and arrived on time. The technician explained everything clearly and fixed the issue quickly without overcharging. The work was clean, efficient, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any drain or plumbing problems. Reliable and trustworthy service!
