A water heater that needed repeat visits features in one customer’s account of Paul Jarry Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. In a January 2025 Google review, the customer said Brad and Jim installed a new boiler, water heater, faucets and shutoffs. When the water heater developed what the customer described as a manufacturing defect, the crew kept returning until the issue was resolved and the defective part replaced. The customer also said Brad answered their calls and questions. The Hudson company says it has provided plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services across southern New Hampshire since 1994. It advertises residential and commercial installation, repair and remodeling, including boilers, water heaters, gas piping and generators. Its New Hampshire plumbing business licence is active under Paul Jarry Plumbing & Heating, llc. More recent customers have praised explanations and communication. A June 2026 Google reviewer said Owen serviced their shower and took time to explain the issue and the fix. An August 2026 reviewer also named Owen while praising service and communication. Several 2025 accounts describe larger heating and cooling jobs. In February, a repeat customer praised a mini-split system and said the crew helped them choose products they were happy with. They also credited earlier advice with avoiding upselling. A September reviewer who had a forced-hot-water heating system replaced said an online quote request drew a quick response; after receiving three quotes, they chose Paul Jarry’s as the best option. In July, another customer described full shower replacements and heating-system service by Brad and his team, praising their efforts to accommodate requested timelines. Pricing drew a complaint in September 2022. A Google reviewer said Brad returned the call promptly and visited the next day, flipped a fuse and removed a Lego from a garbage disposal. They objected to an $85 bill for a visit they said lasted no more than five minutes.
