A homeowner's tree came down through a neighbor's white vinyl fence on a Sunday in November 2025, taking out three sections. All Fenced In had the job done by Tuesday, and the customer wrote that the work and the communication landed exactly as Carmen had said they would. The company works out of Winchester and installs wood, vinyl, aluminum and chain-link fencing and gates for residential and commercial customers across eastern Massachusetts. It calls itself locally and owner-operated with over 15 years behind it, and the testimonials on its own site name Carmen as the owner. Its Better Business Bureau page carries an A+ grade. Google holds a 4.6 across 29 ratings and the Angi profile the same 4.6 across 88, with written accounts going back to 2020. The jobs people describe are the everyday ones, done carefully: a long run of white vinyl finished in two days in June 2025, a new wooden fence around a property in October 2025, and, in a November 2025 review from another Winchester homeowner, fence set right on top of an existing stonewall. Money gets talked about out loud. A November 2025 customer wrote that Carmen picked up the phone and laid out several options to save money; a February 2026 reviewer described honest costs and clear communication from the first estimate through the final walkthrough; and a July 2022 Angi customer picked this company over two less expensive bids on communication and attention to detail. The 2020 and 2021 Angi accounts name an office contact, Nicole, and an installer, Harley — one April 2021 customer asked for no space between the new fence and the adjoining one and said the installer was true to his word. Not everyone got that. A January 2025 reviewer gave one star over a one-day fence project that saw no work for more than a month, and called the communication very bad. In June 2024 another one-star review said a fence barely four years old was falling down. And a customer writing on the Better Business Bureau page describes giving up after calls and emails about a gate that still would not open without pushing back on the posts. Pin the start and completion dates down in writing, ask what the warranty covers if a post shifts or a gate stops closing, and get a name for who you call once the crew is booked.
