All Floorz

All Floorz is a family-owned flooring dealer with a Wilmington, Massachusetts showroom and a second location in Bedford, New Hampshire, selling and installing carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate and luxury vinyl for residential and commercial customers, including old-floor removal. The company says it has been in business for 22 years, though its own website gives no founding year, and its team page still shows unedited placeholder names rather than real staff. There isn't much of a written customer record to go on. Google shows a 3.5-star rating from 8 ratings, but only two written reviews are on file, both from 2023: one accused the company of taking payment without delivering, though it gives no details of what was purchased or promised. The company holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, though it is not BBB-accredited, and the BBB lists no complaints against it. Given how thin the written record is, it's worth asking for references and a clear written estimate before booking a job here.
