All Floorz has been at 474 Main Street in Wilmington since 2004 — BBB records the business as started that June and incorporated the same month, under the alternate name Ben Taylor Enterprises, Inc., with David N Proulx as owner and three employees. It is a showroom-and-installation operation rather than a pure retailer: carpet, hardwood, ceramic and porcelain tile, laminate, vinyl and area rugs, sold and fitted for both homes and businesses, with old-floor removal and furniture moving included. A second address in Bedford, New Hampshire appears on its own site. Twenty-two years in one storefront is the strongest thing on the file, and the local record backs up that it is a fixture: Wilmington Apple listed the shop among the town businesses hosting Toys For Tots collection boxes in 2018 and 2020, and a Movers For Moms drop-off point in 2019. What is missing is customer testimony. Google shows a 3.5 average across eight ratings, but only two written comments exist and both are from 2023 and both are one star. One of those two openly says the writer never hired the company at all — their complaint is about how a company van was being driven. The other calls the business scammers and crooks who take your money and run, without describing a job, a date or an amount. Neither can be checked, and nothing on the BBB file records a complaint or any regulatory action against the company. One thing to notice before you call: the company's own website has never been finished. Its team page still carries the template's placeholder people — John Doe as Founder, Jane Doe as Operations Manager, Richard Roe as Customer Service Lead — so nothing on that site should be read as a statement about who actually works there. This is a long-standing local flooring shop with almost no usable public feedback either way. Visit the showroom, ask to see recent installs and speak to two or three customers from the past year, and get the measure, materials, removal and disposal costs itemised in writing before you commit.
