Brad built my wife and me a 20-foot by 16-foot Trex deck with white railings and solar post caps, and he did a fantastic job. Throughout the entire project, our neighbors kept stopping by because they were in awe of the quality of Brad's craftsmanship and his attention to detail. Brad was clean, thorough, and always kept us updated on his progress. We have a toddler, and I didn't find a single screw or nail in our yard—he was that meticulous. Thank you, Brad, for building such an incredible deck and for creating a space where our family will make memories for years to come!

Brad is amazing. From our first meeting to scope out the project, to him truly listening to our plan/vision and offering us different options/etc. to consider bringing our vision to light. To the actual work of dismantling the old decks, to installing the new ones, and keeping things very clean and organized. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Our old, rickety decks are now brand new and ready for MANY years of extensive use. Brad from Capadanno & Son Construction has done several jobs at our home and we've been happy with the results for all. The 2 main jobs he took on were repair of rotting joists on our deck and demolition of a finished room in our basement. Both jobs were within budget, executed on time, and clean and tidy after completion! Brad is easy to communicate with, responding via text, email or phone. His prices are fair an competitive. We'll definitely be asking Brad to do more projects in the future!
