The company says its team brings over 40 years of combined electrical experience and that it's been in business itself for 22 years, working commercial, retail, medical, industrial and educational jobs alongside residential calls. Its Massachusetts electrician license is active on the state registry. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+. The clearest recent account is from May 2026, when a review credited the team with fixing a lighting outage across multiple town baseball and softball fields, unblocking Little League, Babe Ruth and high-school scheduling that the outage had disrupted. A month later another customer called the group professional and recommended them as a project partner. That builds on a run of positive 2024 accounts: in January, a customer said a technician was at the door within two hours of a storm-related outage and had power back within hours; in September, a review credited "Lenny and team" with resolving an outdoor wiring emergency that required coordinating the town power department, inspectors and excavators, calling them professional, timely and comforting. Not every 2024 job landed the same way — a May 2024 review about an EV-charger installation called it a negative experience and said they would not recommend the company. A couple of things worth knowing before calling. The website lists Boston as the service area even though the company is based in Haverhill, so it's worth confirming they'll cover your town. And in 2025, NBC Boston reported that owner Michael Harrington had been storing about 1,200 electric water heaters, valued around $500,000, in a Lawrence warehouse — a detail worth asking about if it's relevant to your project. All-Pro looks like a reasonable call for routine or emergency electrical work, especially larger jobs — the same outfit that got ballfield lighting back on and handled a multi-agency wiring emergency in 2024. If the job is specifically an EV charger, it's worth asking a few extra questions, since that's the one category with a documented complaint.
