Highly Recommend Steven M. Parker Electric!I had a fantastic experience with Steven. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and clearly values honest service over just making a quick buck. Before he even arrived for the service call, he took the time to call me, discuss the issue, and gave me a few things to check on my own so I could avoid an unnecessary trip charge. Once here, he diagnosed and fixed our exterior outlet issues efficiently. He went above and beyond, taking the time to explain exactly what he found, what needed to be done, and how he was fixing it. He even corrected a reversed connection at no extra charge. Steven is an excellent electrician who embodies good, honest service. I will absolutely be using him again for any future electrical needs!

We had a bunch of projects and Steve came through on all of them: ceiling fan installation, exterior lights, replacement fixtures, a bathroom fan/light, and a lot of consultative help! He shows up when he says he will, answers ALL the questions, and you can tell he really cares about helping his people!

From the first contact with Steven to the finish of the projects we had done, it was a great experience. Steven is very responsive and knowledgeable, gives quotes in a timely manner and does very neat work. We hired him to move a few switches and swap some outdoor lighting. There were a few bumps with the lighting we ordered being a little sketchy (beware off brand internet lighting companies). Steven was great about helping us deal with the issue and getting the best lighting installed for our project. We immediately hired him to do another project to add some interior lights and swap out some receptacles. Everything was completed timely, looks and works great. I highly recommend SMP for a quality electrician and plan on using him for other projects in the future.
