The work it advertises is exterior and whole-house remodeling: all types of siding, decks, gutters, windows and doors, roofs, custom baths and basements, and general home repairs. BuildZoom's permit history shows a small, steady practice - seven permitted projects, including a 2024 Maynard job to rebuild a rear deck, rebuild brick front stairs and walkway, and install vinyl flooring and trim. The published record is very small and it is split by era. The two positive reviews are both from 2008: one described a $13,000 room where the work was clean and skilful and the site left tidy each day, and the other described Jeff and his brother Jim building a front porch that matched the rest of the house, with rain delays made up promptly and small extras done at no charge. The most recent customer voice is the one to weigh. In February 2022 a BuildZoom reviewer describing a $25,000 kitchen remodel wrote that Jeff was horrendous to work with, advised getting everything in writing, and alleged shoddy unfinished work, missed deadlines and damage to their home.
