Marrazzo's current Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#145416) is active and verified against the state registry, alongside an active Construction Supervisor license. An earlier HIC registration, #106168, was cancelled at some point per state records before the current one was issued in June 2026. The written record spans two distinct eras, sixteen years apart. In 2008 reviews on Angi, two customers described small jobs finished well: a $13,000 room addition left clean and to the customer's satisfaction, and a $2,500 front porch built by Jeff and his brother Jim to match the rest of the house, with the crew keeping the site tidy through some rain delays and doing a few small extras at no charge. In a 2022 BuildZoom review, a different customer described a $25,000 kitchen remodel going badly — unfinished, shoddy work, missed deadlines, and damage to the home, with a warning to get everything in writing.
