A commercial parking lot in Westfield drew praise for All States Asphalt in an October 2022 Google review: the customer described the crew and leadership as professional and responsive and said they would hire the company again. The Sunderland business advertises asphalt paving and pavement treatments, including crack sealing, chip seals, microsurfacing and full-depth reclamation. It says it has been in business for 69 years and names Sunderland, Winchester, Richmond and Limerick in its service area. Its Google rating is 2.7 stars from nine ratings. A June 2026 reviewer complains that loud heavy machinery starts at two or three in the morning in a residential area and disrupts sleep. In July 2026, another reviewer alleged that a driver ran a red light near Main Mall Road, forcing them to brake abruptly and throwing their dog forward in the car. Older complaints also concern conduct around work sites. In an April 2017 review, a person reported workers parking across driveways and behaving rudely while representing the company. A July 2017 reviewer described a paving rig arriving at 5:15 with loud engine-brake noise, followed by a utility truck playing loud music with profanity.

Had this guy run the red light on main Mall Road? I was coming out of the Dicks Plaza had a slam on my brakes. Had my dog in the back of my car dog flew up into the front crapping everywhere now I have to bring my dog to the vet to get checked.
they start working at 2/3 every night, regardless of the fact that they are operating loud heavy machinery in a residential area. It can be impossible to sleep some night and really feels like it’s intentional when they start so early in the morning
All States Asphalt did a fantastic job in doing our commercial parking lot in Westfield. The crews and leadership was spot on, professional and responsive. I would use them again without reservation.
Low boy with paving rig shows up at 5:15, lots of Jake brake noise, another pulls up in utility truck, radio BLARING, song full of F-bombs. etc. Not impressed by this company showing up.
Their workers abuse company vehicles and park in front of people's drive ways stopping them from being able to freely leave their own homes. All that dwarfed by how rude they are to people when they are in work attire representing the company
