A June Google reviewer also praises new stairs and cleanup, saying Jessie answered their questions and was the only contractor among their quotes to offer railings.
The company describes itself as woman-owned, serving residential and commercial construction projects across Western Massachusetts with an in-house team. Its website names general contracting, asphalt and concrete work. Recent walkway customers describe removal and replacement too: one June 2026 reviewer says a crew removed a failed sidewalk and installed a four-inch cement slab walk; another praises the straightforward replacement of an old walkway. Google lists a 4.9-star average from 22 ratings, while Angi lists 4.5 stars from 11.
Driveway experiences include both praise and serious complaints. A September 2025 Google reviewer says Jesse first made a damaged driveway usable with a quick repair, then returned with his crew for the final repair; the customer praised the price and result. In a June 2023 Angi review, a customer described a dooryard with several offshoots and drainage elevation changes. They said the quote came about a day after their inquiry, the work was completed in about two weeks and the crew spent one day on site.
A December 2021 Angi reviewer, however, alleged that a new driveway was pitched incorrectly, leaving standing water near their parents' door. They said Jesse required final payment before correcting it and threatened to remove the driveway if payment was withheld. The reviewer described six months of missed appointments and unanswered calls or texts, with the problem still unresolved when they wrote. An October 2021 reviewer recommended the company but said follow-up required persistence and criticized lawn damage and reseeding; they reported that the follow-up work was ultimately done. Another customer writing that October said the crew promptly returned for lawn repairs.

Had 3 sets of old wooden stairs replaced with concrete stairs. Jesse and his crew did a very professional job. Our new stairs are beautiful. We were surprised at the different color options and stamping available for concrete stairs. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves, brought in some top soil and grass seed to fix any damage our lawn incurred during instillation. They always came when they said they would. We are very happy with the results
Company very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Had many quotes and Jessie was the only one that offered railings. Awesome job with the new stairs and cleanup. Very happy with Jessie and his crew!!
I was completely satisfied with the job performed by PVP.. They removed an old failed sidewalk and installed a new 4" cement slab walk.The 4 workers were skilled and worked together like a well practiced team. They did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them.
