All Weather HVAC's customers describe heat-pump installations, furnace and boiler repairs, air-conditioning service and plumbing calls. The Charlestown company holds an active New Hampshire HVAC licence, advertises 24/7 emergency service and says it is insured. Google shows a 4.8-star average from 33 ratings. A September 2026 customer update praised the team's persistence after a cooling unit failed. The customer said repairs took months because of parts availability and involved several visits. After an initial repair attempt resulted in a destroyed controller, they said All Weather arranged replacement parts through the manufacturer and brought in an engineer to troubleshoot. The customer ultimately reported that the unit was repaired and recommended the company. A June 2026 plumbing customer described leaking sink valves, a next-day appointment and Andrew installing a new faucet as an additional request. They praised his updates while they were away, the price and his care in cleaning and locking the house afterward. In June 2025, another customer said Andrew fixed, serviced and cleaned an air conditioner, explaining the work as he went, and praised Hannah's help arranging the visit. A detailed June 2026 complaint concerns restaurant refrigeration. The customer alleged that three visits involving condenser cleaning, refrigerant and a thermostat failed to restore cooling, that a requested further visit never happened, and that the bill exceeded $1,000. A February 2026 reviewer also complained of unresolved system operation and absent follow-up. Older installation customers describe a functioning split-system heat pump in July 2023 and a furnace replacement in January 2022. The heat-pump customer said installation followed the schedule and that a subcontractor handled the electrical work. In January 2023, a homeowner described a failed water heater flooding a basement and bedroom. They said Andrew arrived within twenty minutes on a Sunday, cleaned up and got the heat running again. A November 2021 customer praised prompt diagnosis and repair of a boiler during the first cold week of that month.
Updated review: I re-engaged All Weather for an additional installation to expand the system they initially installed. They did a great job and would recommend them. 9/10/26 Update - I need to give a rav review for the All Weather HVAC team. We had one of the cooling units that died, and it took a number of visits to get it fixed, but they stayed with it and got it repaired yesterday. It took months of work, but that was because of parts availability, not their fault. The first attempt to fix it resulted in destroyed controller and All Weather went to bat with manufacturer and made sure we got new replacement parts and coordinated all of the work. Even engaged manufacturer to have engineer onsite to troubleshoot. This is the kind of support you like to see supporting your customers.
I called all weather plumbing with a past minute request to change out valves under the sink because they were leaking every where. We just moved into this home and Andrew from all weather responded to my request immediatly and put me in the schedule for the next day. He's a very honest and caring individual, he even put my wife's new sink faucet in on a last minute thought as well. He sent me up date as well as recommendations because I was not home in the moment. And neither was my wife, but andrew took great care in cleaning up and locking up the house when finished. I trust him fully and would recommend him to anyone. My family and I now a reliable, honest technician for our heating and water needs. Thanks again to All weather plumbing and heating for the kind service, more than fair price, and running water!
The fact is, just because someone leaves ARC Mechanical to start their own business doesn't mean they actually have the necessary competence. I never expected their team to be so terrible! On the surface, they seemed okay, but their actual experience and efficiency were shockingly poor. I happened to be away from the shop that day; I contacted them repeatedly, and although they kept saying they would arrive "shortly," they never gave a specific time. My staff suggested the refrigerator might be low on refrigerant or have a control system fault, but the technicians completely ignored this; they simply cleaned the condenser coils at the back and left without fixing the actual problem. The next day, I had them come back to top up the refrigerant, but the lead technician just stood by and watched while letting an apprentice do the actual work—normally, the apprentice should be the one observing and learning, while the skilled technician performs the task. The apprentice took far longer just to install the refrigerant charging valve than a skilled technician would have. Not long after they left, the same problem recurred. Later, I suggested it might be a thermostat issue, so they came back, installed a new thermostat, and left; however, before long, I discovered the refrigerator still wasn't cooling. I asked them to return, but they never showed up again. Yet, they billed me over $1,000 for those three visits—claiming they had already given me a discount. It’s an old refrigerator that isn't worth much, so such exorbitant, unreasonable charges are completely unacceptable! I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, and I have never seen anyone do business like this.
Truth be told, never a follow up and issues not completely resolved on proper operation function of system. Fact: A fired employee from ARC Mechanical ! = that now starts his own business.
I would recommend All Weather Hvac to anyone who needs their heating and plumbing worked on. I'll start with the people that work there. They are a small but amazing company. Quick and efficient while also friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with the work done and the timing. Hannah, who answered the phone and did the scheduling was great. I would definitely recommend.
