Allen young was awesome to work with! They moved me just across town but they were on time, professional, and took great care and respect of my furniture. I have some very heavy old pieces and they moved them and wrapped them perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better movers!

Below are some tips that may help you to have a better experience than we did. - Make sure to have every single conversation with them on video or in writing. - Make sure to read every word of every single document they provide before signing anything. - Make sure to have photos, insurance, appraisals and receipts for all of your items. - Make sure to transfer any invaluable family heirlooms yourself. - When your belongings arrive at your destination, open every single box and unwrap and inspect every single item before signing off on the load. - In the event that you need to file a claim, expect it to be thrown over the fence to their national affiliate and be prepared to wait for them to process due to their “backlog of claims” (their words). - Consider choosing another moving company.
