Alliance Express sells and delivers home heating oil and services the heating systems it fuels. Its own website lists heating oil delivery, online ordering and fuel tank services, and the company says it has been in business for 90 years. A recent customer called it Hop Energy/Alliance Express. A 2026 customer who needed home heating oil after a night without heat said Rita solved the crisis the next morning. A 2026 customer said Barbara diagnosed the issue over the phone in the middle of a blizzard and got the heat back on. A 2026 customer said delivery driver Mike.S delivered oil even though the path to the oil fill wasn't shoveled yet. A 2025 customer with no heat said a repair person was at the home within 2.5 hours and everything was running again quickly. A 2025 customer said a driver pumped into a full tank and caused a small leak. A 2026 customer found customer service impossible to contact with a near empty oil tank in frigid weather.

I recently had my service renewal discussion with Rita at Hop Energy/Alliance Express, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rita was a delight to work with—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the conversation. The renewal process was clear and straightforward, with everything explained in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. We’ve been very happy with the service we receive from Hop Energy, and working with people like Rita is a big part of that positive experience. Thank you, Rita, for making the renewal process so easy and pleasant. We’re very happy to be continuing our service with Hop Energy!

The annual service for the home furnace was conducted by the nicest young man (Jan Paul) this morning. He is so well spoken, courteous, very thorough at his work and just so so pleasant, that Alliance Express should be thrilled to have this young man representing them!!
Claudia was very helpful, informative and efficient. I appreciate the attention to detail when reviewing my new contract and also respecting my time
