I recently discovered mold in my basement and wasn’t sure where to start. Nick and his team took care of everything from beginning to end. They had the mold properly tested, explained the process to me, and handled the remediation professionally and thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. My basement feels completely different and honestly feels like a whole new portion of my house. Nick and his team were professional, respectful, and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Great job, they removed all of the damaged sheathing and shingles, cleaned up completely and sealed the area until the contractor can replace the damaged parts. They were incredibly courteous and considerate of our property. I would highly recommend Initial Response Restoration. Matt
